Cortexyme Science Advances article among top 100 research papers of 2019

“Porphyromonas gingivalis in Alzheimer’s disease brains: Evidence for disease causation and treatment with small-molecule inhibitors” is one of the most-discussed and shared pieces of research published in the past year, coming in at number 36 on this year’s Altmetric Top 100 list.

More than 1.3 million works published in the same time frame received attention online; that puts our paper, published in collaboration with international researchers, in the top 0.007% of all discussed research this year.
